Add more ad locations and add more detailed parameters #363

Please add following features,

  1. Provide more pre-defined ad locations like below featured image, above or below title, etc..

  2. Provide more detailed parameters in "Number of paragraphs" ad location, for instance, how many words paragraph should include count as paragraph. This option is very useful as it help publishers to maintain ad/content ratio for better user experience.
