The AMPforWP update to 0.9.72 breaks the header functionality for the tech-amp-theme. The menu, site title, and search no longer show.

I have added this in https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/accelerated-mobile-pages/issues/1587

and scheduled it in the update cycle.
