Whatsapp Sharing Button is missing #17

Hi there,

i missing the WhatsApp Sharing Button like in Theme 3 and cannot generaly decided which sharing buttons are available. They just show all.

Furthermore it seems that not all options from the Main Plugin can apply to this theme, like Cookies Infos, Call now button, Back to Top link in Footer etc.
