General UI enhancement #23

Enhancement for start_campaign regarding the output and user input handling, taking in consideration the affects in core/config.py also it will create a logs/c2-logs.txt to store logs

I think it's better to finish everything before asking for a pull request...

Thanks for the enhancement , please let me know if you want to add anything else in order to merge the commits

Thanks for your reply, I'm doing some code refactor to make future updates and contributions easier, you can merge it for now, but before that please check the commits and tell me if something needs to be changed/enhanced or deleted.

If everything is okay, i will continue the refactoring process.
