X-Axis labels cramped #2

x-axis labels should truncate to shorter titles / abbreviations and show full name on hover

I recommend: (short name / full name) ECS - Eco-Congregation Scotland Perm. - Permaculture SCCAN - Scottish Communities Climate Action Network DTAS - Development Trust Associations Scotland CF - City Farms CL - Community Land GWSF - Glasgow & W Scotland Housing Federations

This is better on Census11 Scatterplot and Stacked Bar chart, but still cramped elsewhere. Still no hover actions for full names, and also need to add abbreviated names for CL, CF, and Perm.

font size changed to smaller to avoid text overlap

This is better, but can we run with abbreviated titles as above? I.e. Display "Perm." as label for "Permaculture" with full name displaying as tooltip on hover.
