Adjustment number of days in a month #19

Assalamualaikum sir.. appreciate if you can help me how to adjust offset number of days in a month. for example for Sha‘bān we have 30 days. default using this library 29 days.

The offset mechanism is meant to adjust the starting date of a Hijri month. Effectively this will change the number of days in that month.
