THE FILES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SVN, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THOSE
ISSUES HERE!!

Bug description: Quest  Perikles's Insight won't complete at Jucleas in Sanctum.

What steps will reproduce the problem?: Try to turn in the quest at Jucleas in 
Sanctum.

What is the expected output?: Completed Quest
