Server Bless Not Work #143

Bug description:Blees which gives the server does not work, I test it vs other 
player but ... change in attak stats.

What steps will reproduce the problem?:When a race give 70% + abyss+balurea 
fortress server give bless, see in pics below.

What is the expected output?:to give +% to attak

It doesn't give +% to attack, it increases your PvP damage ratio which is not 
visible as a stat.
