Bug description:
Crimson Favor Artifact attacks same race player in Gelkmaros Fortress.

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
log in as HEADADMIN.
and kill Dredgion Commander in Gelkmaros Fortress by //kill command.
surrounding NPCs become same race's.
wait few seconds, you will be stunned by Crimson Favor attacking. 

What is the expected output?:
any artifact dont attack same race player.
