YOU MUST BE USING AION X EMU FILES ONLY!! IF ANY MODIFICATIONS WERE DONE TO
THE FILES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SVN, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THOSE
ISSUES HERE!!

Bug description: The "A New Skill" quest will not complete. When you go to 
complete this quest and click Ok it does nothing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?: Try turning in this quest.

What is the expected output?: Completed Quest.

Edit: When you click on the NPC named Minu, it does not show the button to 
complete this quest.
