[Quest] [Group]Killing Ladacus (ID: 2728)

Bug description: When you try to kill Ladacus manually it is supposed to drop 
an Elyos Insigna but does not. You have to //kill Ladacus to defeat him.

What steps will reproduce the problem?: Try to kill Ladacus not using //kill 
and you will find the drop is not there (after using //kill) and you can't kill 
him normal.

What is the expected output?: To have the item "Elyos Insigna" drop from this 
mob by default when killing Ladacus normally (not having to use //kill).

This is weird, i have tested this on my server and it works fine with a player. 
No need for //kill

Seems like currently the mob is unlootable when it's killed. Is the mob 
supposed to be lootable on retail or do you automatically get the quest item 
after you kill the mob ?
