private store bug (running speed) #189

Bug description:
Running speed becomes 11 when bugging the private store

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
1. Open the private store
2. add an item to the private store
3. successively press Start and the sit button (comma)
4. your movement speed will become 11

It reverts back to normal when the private store is stopped, so this is only a 
cosmetic issue.
