Bug description: The weather effects to getting back relogging like one again.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.You see a buff or use an item.
2.RelRelogging before it is gone.
3.urn to have the time as before.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Relogging the player, to continue its expiry time.
