Gold Coin aren't deleted when buying aleatory reward in Administration Officer #211

Bug description:
When an Asmodian uses the Administration Officer they get the reward but the 
coins are not deleted, so they can infinitely buy equipment..

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
Going to the npc and spend the coin
It has been reported with Administration Officers from Reshanta with Gold Coins

What is the expected output?:
Remove the coins
