[Core][Skill] Barricade of Steel and Steelwall Defense - missing no fly no jump attribute

YOU MUST BE USING AION X EMU FILES ONLY!! IF ANY MODIFICATIONS WERE DONE TO
THE FILES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SVN, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THOSE

Bug description: You cant jump/glide while you using this skills, atm you can 
jump and the skill stop.

What steps will reproduce the problem?: use the skills and jump , you are able 
and the skills will turned off

What is the expected output?: you cant jump/glide until you turn of this skils 
by yourself! i was able to fix the no fly attribute by myself, but i didnt find 
any effect id for a no jump attribute.
