Cannot enchant items #224

YOU MUST BE USING AION X EMU FILES ONLY!! IF ANY MODIFICATIONS WERE DONE TO
THE FILES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SVN, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THOSE
ISSUES HERE!!

Bug description: Cannot enchant

What steps will reproduce the problem?: Enchant an item.

What is the expected output?:enchantment 

Please copy/paste errors below:
Nothing happens, goes through progress and does not enchant, gives no output, 
also, //equip enchant does not work as well.

Can you give me an example ItemID? I could use Enchantment stones just fine, or 
are you using something else, and where are they being placed prior to 
Enchanting?

Any ItemID 
DO //addset 181 
Equip and try to enchant it won't work for me.

Works fine for me.

Test Case:
Used //addset 181
Used L190 Enchantment Stones (id: 166000190) //add 166000190 100
Was able to Enchant them all when Equipped and in the Inventory.

Maybe your using too low an Enchantment Stone Level?
