mission 1043" balaur conspiracy" does not work. #227

YOU MUST BE USING AION X EMU FILES ONLY!! IF ANY MODIFICATIONS WERE DONE TO
THE FILES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SVN, WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THOSE
ISSUES HERE!!

Bug description: mission 1043"balaur conspiracy"  does not work.

Problem: - Eltenen Abyss Gate did not work yet, and
           if entry gate actived, when i met quest npc Kimeia,
           nothing happened, any Dragonic Soldiers didnt appear.  

please correct this situatiion.
