Bug description: You can do the quest The Seeds of Hope but when you            

                 try to hand in by Randet there is no option to hand
                 in.
                 Quest ID : 4004

What steps will reproduce the problem?: Do the quest and try to hand 
                                        it in.

What is the expected output?: To be able to hand in the quest.

Apply Patch, test and report result.

Should be able to turn it in back to Randet.
