Powershards from loot do not stack in equipment slots. #247

Bug description: PowerShards from loot do not stack in Powershard equipment 
slots.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Goto Rhonnam refugee Village.
2. Add 169000009 to your inventory and Equip.
3. Kill a Soldier Sparkle outside the village and loot only the Premium power 
shard and see that they do not stack in the equipment slots.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Power Shards stack in equpiment slots as per retail, listing all Item ID's 
below.

Power Shard: 169000005
Greater Power Shard: 169000007
Fine Power Shard: 169000008
Premium Power Shard: 169000009
