attack stats bug when re-login #251

i confirmed also at 232.

Bug description:
attack stats changes when relogin.

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
prepare lv55 gladiator and learn this 
skill:http://aion.yg.com/item/advanced-dual-wielding-ii?id=140000007
equip no equipment.
logout.
login.
equip dual weapons.
remember your attack stats.
logout.
login.
check your attack stats.

What is the expected output?:
attack stats doesnt change.

I guess it depends on the equipments at logout.

Issue is with Weapon Mastery.

Merged into issue 110.

I fixed it in local.
please use these.

StatModifier.statToModify might be useful for other StatModifier.
and i found Advanced Dual-Wielding doesnt work.
other all mastery skills are working now in my env.

uh...
Surely, Advanced Dual-Wielding can work for Dual Weapon, but Stigma Advanced 
Dual-Wielding I and Stigma Advanced Dual-Wielding II are no difference.
