Siege spawned Fortress Generals #261

Bug description:
Automatic spawned Fortress Generals only use autohit. Manually spawned
they use NPC-Skills.

What is the expected output?:
If fortress is under siege, spawned NPC should use skills out of npc_skill.xml

Update to Revision 259 and re-test. It had a fix that may solve your issue:
NpcController onRespawn restore MP Fix. auth: ZeroSignal.
