Bug description:
By Level 20 Stigma Quest, you can infinite dupe your Stigma Shards.

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
The NPC give you a stigma and 60 Stigma Shards. Open your inventory and destroy 
the stigma. Close the Dialog windows with the NPC. Ge give you a stigma again+ 
another 60 Stigma Shards.Destroy the stigma again, ...again. Every time, until 
you you slot the stigma, you can take 60 stigma Shards.
