Quest_Id:1987 A Bigger Warehouse fail.

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
If you want ti take the quest from Fasimedes in Samctum

Quest complete text:
Fasimedes, Governor of Sanctum, offered to help you expand your warehouse 
because you needed more space now that you are an Expert.

What is the expected output?:
Take the quest.
