Bug with speed

Bug description:In any place where there is a bench, a chair where a character 
can get can be used like a bug = 0
If a player clicks on the bench and during podbeganiya character for her to 
click on the button X (reach weapon) and then when I run so far again clicks on 
the bench he sits down at her, and speed of the character will be greatly 
increased and nekakimi buffs scrolls or it does not change
Hopefully soon the bug will be fixed

Was it the Wind Stream that caused the speed to be increased and stay at 12.0?
