[Instance] Haramel Groupe problem #296

Instance: Haramel

Problem: We joined the the instance Haramel as a team, we actually saw us on 
the map, and i got the buffs from the partner.

Instanz: Haramel

Problem: Wir haben die Instanz als Team gejoined, sehen uns auch auf der Map 
und man bekommt den Buff des Partners

More bug found

The Healer can heal the partner even he is not visible

Der Heiler kann den Partner heilen obwohl er nicht sichtbar is

Please be more specific what the issue is. What buff are you talking about?

Sorry for the late answer, i talk about all buffs/mantras a cleric or chanter 
can do with level 18, when the cleric or chanter joins the haramel instance and 
he is in group with someone in haramel also, the group gets the mantras and he 
can heal buff even you dont see them
