[NPC Shop] Chaokiki: Can't buy any item

You need Groggies to buy items to this NPC, but when you click to any item to 
buy, you have the same Groggies and you don't have the item.

Bug description: You can't buy items to Chaokiki

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
 - Create 1.000 Groggies (http://www.aiondatabase.com/item/186000122/groggie) 
 - Buy any item to Chaokiki (http://www.aiondatabase.com/npc/798445/chaokiki) 
 - You have the same Groggies and no item in your inventory. 

What is the expected output?:

iam done parsing the missing item for this NPC Chaokiki (798445) and NPC 
chaokin(798444)

but i get stuck with item "desc", can someone explain how to obtain/calculated 
this interger??  thx
