[Can't attack to this NPCs] #318

Bug description: Cannot attack to NPCs: Gagrad, Sinjad and Glati. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?:
 - //movetonpc 278087
 - attack him or attack Sinjad and Glati

What is the expected output?:

Those NPCs CAN be attacked but not lootet. Please test this patch.
