If an enemy within a 5m radius all attacks you, you reflect 1000 damage to the 
enemy for 30s and decrease its movement and attack speed for 2s.

the skill reflect as much as does the opponent (ex.the opponent does 2650 
damage and this skil reflect 2650 damage)but it must reflect 1000 damage

Can you provide an image of the damage log? I could not find anything out of 
the ordinary with the code.

Also try it on several diff types of Creatures, the one you tested it on may 
have had a Protect Buff.
