[149] Disenchant exploit

Hi devs, test it today. Reproduce

1. Take item id - 165000001
2. Take any item what you want DE, better hi lvl item for hi lvl stones
3. Use 165000001 on your item
4. You got message like "this item will be destroyed.."
5. Call friend send trade to him
6. Push YES - i want DE this item
7. When cast going (its like 5 sec) fast give your item to friend by trade
8. DE cast finish. You got gems to your inventory. Friend got you item.

Then you save item and got gems. I temp fix this on server, but its must be 
fixed. Thank you.

Sry ZeroSignal but its realy hard to fraps... because here 2 clients. What you 
not understand in my reproduce list? I test it self before post here then i can 
explain more correct maybe?

tip - add force stop any action by player when DE window popup. Or made DE 
spell cast like 1 sec or instant.

Then its problem global with send trade when you doing somthing. Cheaters use 
it for many cheats i think. Better add checks for any player action right now 
to prevent dupes in future :)
