Bug description: remove shock not working
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Aerial lockdown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you remove any altered state it in fact does not remove.

Comfirm, not remove and not add correct resistance. Its skill add +1000 to 
resist, but after use him enemy still can cast debuff (stun) on you with 100% 
chance :)
