de-level after killing masta #70

Bug description: You will level will go down after killing mastarius
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. my gm is level 55
2. i spawn mastarius then //kill

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My level 55 goes back to lvl49. When i tried to spawn and //kill again, my 
level goes back to 35, then 1.

I patched the latest rev 168 and it fixes the masta problem but on veille, 
there is still -5,093,272 per kill.
