Bug description: The entrance to steel rake is broken. Even after completing 
the required quest for entry you are not allowed into steel rake.

What steps will reproduce the problem?: talking to Raninerk

What is the expected output?: it's expected that Raninerk teleports the player 
inside, instead nothing happens.
