Importing conditions into morphotactics graph. #249

IMO, issues should be developed and should be labeled to distribute the progress through contributors.

I am not able to find again but i remember a to-do which is about importing Conditions into the TurkishMorphotactics graph. As i understand, Conditions are the hacked part of the logic, and they may be imported to the graph. I mean they might be the node of the graphs as MorphemeStates and MorphemeTransitions. If i understand right the transport/import process might be cut into pieces as issues so the contributors can transport a condition into the graph. But i do not consider the corresponding hacks for Conditions in the side of analysis. I do not have an idea about what to do in the analysis side about transported conditions and whether the process can be cut into issues.
