Yes second one (current active project) is suppose to be better. However unfortunately this library is not flexible enough to use for other Turkic languages. When we wrote Zemberek 2 (first one) that was one of our goals. There was once a Turkmen implementation too. But now we want to focus to Turkish only for now. Perhaps it would be easier for you to use some other established mechanisms for Uyghur language (Using two level morphology with an FST tool.) because there will be no further development for Zemberek-2.
