Update wrapper for current API version #8

Update the API url
Add missing representers and models, as well as for miscellaneous objects
Add basic spec tests for new representers
Add slug helper method, e.g. Igdb::Game.slug('batman')
Change representable modules to decorator classes
- Representer modules are no longer recommended and will be deprecated
Format per rubocop

All of the formatting issues that @houndci-bot pointed out are in the spec tests, which I intentionally neglected to format due to differences in the recommended Ruby style guide and the recommended rspec style guide.
