LookupError: Couldn't find path to unrar library. #1

When I run this script in Pycharm, it says this error, I tried on both mac and win10, came out the same result, no idea why.

The script relies on "unrar" library. So, it should be okay if you just pip the required library. Sorry the requirements.txt file does not exist.
