Custom URL Shortener Support #3

It would be nice to have a custom URL shortener support in permalinker. YOURLS is one of them and it provides a basic API. Any chance implementing it?

I'd probably go for something more reliable, like bit.ly since the whole point of the project is creating sustainable links. We're not sure if those will be around 10 years from now. That's basically not my need. If you think you can do it, please feel free to send a pull request.
