Crash when drawing a circle then a tangential arc #328

1. Open drawing
2. Select "Line drawing mode"
3. Change to "Draw circle" and draw a circle
4. Change to "Draw tangential arcs" and start drawing an arc
5. Second click will crash out v 0.16.0 (under XP SP3)
