Major refactor to:

Adapt this addon to the ScribeJava 2.4.0 API, which adds support for a huge number of OAuth 1.0a and 2.0 services.
Add extensive javadoc documentation.
Allow fine grained configuration of OAuth parameters.

I'll be releasing my fork as a separate add-on in the Vaadin Directory. If you'd like to merge the two projects in the future let me know
