Gruppe3 Validated SBGN from 4 different tools #51

  1. Took SBGN_tidy1 map from @marisakaup and removed submaps as well as some minor mistakes (additional state variables at EpoRJak complex and extracellular compartment)
  2. Re-Added ports to make SBGN valid as reported by Newt Tool
  3. Exported SBGN-ML and manually changed IDs as requestes by Vanted Tool
  4. Rearranged map on canvas in Vanted
  5. Reimported manually changed SBGN-ML to Newt and exported images as well as SBGN-ML.
  6. Imported SBGN-ML (from Newt) in Vanted and exported images as well as SBGN-ML (in two file formats), and furthermore .graphml file
  7. Imported SBGN-ML (from Newt) in Krayon and exported images as well as SBGN-ML
  8. Imported SBGN-ML (from Newt) in SBGNViz and exported image as well as SBGN-ML

Also added proposal for file naming
