in addition to plots include numerical results (e.g. tables) for testing SED-ML files

Copasi: save report as .txt
Webtools: save simulation as omex with results, extract omex (e.g. using tellurium), result as .xml
Tellurium: ?

the definition for the report output should be included in each SED-ML file?

tellurium:

export as .csv works for whole omex archives (notebook), could not get it to work when executing a SED-ML file
to include the report output the SED-ML files need to be updated (Notebook Fig 4)
