in order to include report outputs in addition to plots (see #64) we need to update our SED-ML files created in tellurium
procedure (always keep originals in separate folder (experiment_original, experiment_validated, experiment_final)
re-create SED-ML files in tellurium with modification to phrasedml_str (example: Notebook Fig 4)
validate and correct SED-ML files in SED-ML WebTools, download corrected file
manually change IDs of plots and reports to include the Figure (either using a text editor or in SED-ML WebTools) (not sure how to do this in tellurium) - otherwise, when executing the whole COMBINE archive in tellurium, the outputs are overwritten by the next figure (I think)
