It was not clear whether and how to modify Epo levels for this experiment as indicated in the figure legend (Epo=10−6.78 U/cell) or Supplementary Material (epo_level = 1.2*10^-7). Setting the parameter "epo_level" in the SED-ML file accordingly did not have any impact on the output.
The resulting plots for npSTAT5 look similar, but not identical to the published figure.
