Fix some autotools stuff #102

./bootstrap was giving an error message from autoconf and also ./configure is giving a weird message when the libcurl development package is missing. Please, test for platforms other then Linux. License for libcurl.m4 should be compatible.

I plan on dropping autotools completely in favor of meson soon. I'll keep this around until I actually do that though - in case I change my mind.
