compiling 2.0.0 for linux? #130

I only saw the windows binary in the release, and cloning the current git repo and building it yields v1.6.5.

There is no official 2.0.0 release yet so the actual program version will still show 1.6.5. Even in the 2.0.0-beta release it shows 1.6.5, simply because I never changed the version string that compiles into the binary.
