On Windows, ahoviewer doesn't clean up AppData\Local\Temp after crashing

If ahoviewer crashes, its temporary files for the session will not be deleted

STR: Open any archive file or *booru tag Kill ahoviewer executable (or otherwise make it crash)

Fixed, but no new binary for Windows yet.
