Add Keybinds to ReadMe #7

Would be nice to have them somewhere easy to find (even a copy/paste from the config.rb would be fine). It took me a little bit of searching before finding out that there even were keybindings since I had no idea how to get the booru browser up when it obviously had to be there somewhere.

I plan on adding a preference window that will allow users to easily change keybindings and other settings.
