Revert "QLC+ up to date with dev" #174

Reverts ahodges9/LedFx#173

This PR needs reversion. The features it adds are nice but it requires work to merge to dev - it appears to be based on an old repo and has not been rebased from dev prior to the PR.

Notable issues -

Suggested action: Revert, author rebases to reverted upstream dev branch and new PR.

No longer required - branch had hard reset.
