Add Virtuals #179

Complete frontend part for Virtuals. Main-Features:

Create multiple virtual strips
Add multiple segments per virtual
Reorder Segments via Drag-n-Drop
fully hooked into redux
fully implemented with api (also exposes /api/virtuals

For the time until backend is ready for virtuals:

/virtuals is hidden from the navigation (accessable via url)
