IKEA Tradfri lightbulbs support #261

Seeing as it is supported in the mi home app, could we also add support for the lights in this library?

I guess controlling Tradfri lightbulbs is only possible via a Xiaomi hub that has built-in Zigbee support? Tradfri lights are controlled via Zigbee and not Wifi so they cannot not use the Xiaomi protocol but Zigbee. To control these have a look at https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/. Side note: I have a lot of Tradfri lamps (not only bulbs) anc control them via zigbee2mqtt.
